Print Manager Plus automatically adds users and their Active Directory data into its database the very first time they print.
If you do not want to wait for them to print and want to add all users from a User Group or OU this is how you can do it.
1. Click Edit on a Group or OU.
2. Select the Option Import Settings.
3. Select the option under User Import Option "Automatically import all members automatically before they print."
Depending on the number of users in that User Group or Organizational Unit it may take some time as this is performed in the background.
