The Print Manager Plus Web Portal supports 3 methods of Authentication. They can be turned on or changed from the Settings Menu in the Web Portal.
Login Authentication Supported:
> Form Login Only.
> Mixed Form and Windows Authentication.
> Windows Authentication Only
Note: Windows Authentication (Single Sign-On) is supported on Windows Server 2008 and 2012 Only.
1. Login to the Web Portal as Administrator and click on the "Settings" link in the top right hand corner.
2. The General Setting Dialog will appear and you can select your Authentication method from the drop down at the bottom of the page. Once making the selection click Save Changes.
