SYMPTOM:
Installation of the Print Client on workstations where users will be switching between profiles or in situations where users have not logged our of their profiles and the screen server forces the nest users to switch to their own login while leaving the other users account active, when the second user prints or attempts to interact with the Print Client it is not able to bind to port 48102 because it is still being used by the other active session.

Open the Print Manager Administrator, once it has opened and fully loaded click on the Print Manager icon located in the top left corner; this will produce a drop down menu then select Terminal/Citrix Servers.
In the Advanced Settings dialog enter the hostname of the terminal / Citrix server and then click the Add button.
NOTE: Once you have added the hostname and clicked OK it may take up to 60 seconds to take affect.
