How to enable web printing on a printer.

To make a printer available in the web portal you need to enable web printing on a specific printer or by enabling web print on all printers via global options.

1. From your Print Manager console click on the [Printers] tab, here you can either select an individual printer from the list or ( to enable for all printers ) you can select the [Web] icon in the global options from the banner above.

2. To set on a individual printer, locate the printer in the list right-click and select [Edit] then select Web Portal Options on the left side, then enable web printing you will need to check the box to ( Override Global Job Options for this Queue ) once the box is check you can now enable web printing for the selected printer.

3. To enable web printing for all tracked printers via global settings select the [Web] icon from the banner then click to enable web printing for all printers.
