You have two options to track print jobs from workstations:
1. You install the network printer driver on the server (where Print Manager software is running), then shared to workstations using standard windows printer sharing. Workstations should be configured to print to shared printer (i.e.: \\ServerName\PrinterName)
Or
2. The network printer driver is installed locally on the workstations and the print jobs are sent directly to the network printers. For Print Manager to track print jobs from these workstations, the Print Manager workstation component is required to be installed
