New Features:

> New Hold for Release via Web Print for Rules and Restrictions allows any document submitted via the WebPortal or Web Printer to be conditionally set as as hold for Administrative or Pay For Release by any restriction or custom rule.

Enhancements:

> Hold for Release Page can now view all Web Prints allowing for End User, Administrative or Pay for Release options for specific jobs that meet a specified restriction or Rule Criteria.
> Rule or Restriction Message properly shown on Web Print page when Hold for Release is set as Jobs final action.

Bugs:

> Resolved showing errors on Web Print page if Rule or Restriction was enabled to Hold or Pause the job.
